Army life doesn’t make it easy for ‘army wives’ to have careers. The plan is that if I can succeed as a writer I will be able to work wherever we are stationed and all I’ll need to do is open my laptop!

I have a degree in Drama and English as well as an MA in Dramatherapy. I have written many scripts for my theatre work as well as several plays, one of which was adapted as a book and audio CD for the schools involved in the project. Prior to publishing two books in ‘The Adventures of Piggy and Woof’ series, my only other ‘officially’ published work (under my maiden name) is two chapters in a non-fiction book, ‘A Therapeutic Community Approach to Care in the Community – Dialogue and Dwelling,’ published by Jessica Kingsley Publishers in 2000!
