Is there a trial period?

Yes, you have 30 days of test–driving and if you’re unhappy with it, for any reason, just drop us an email and we’ll take care of you.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel and perform other actions on your subscriptions via the My Account page.

Which payment methods do you take?

We use Stripe to process card payments. Unfortunately, there are no other methods of payment at this moment in time.

How will the Christian Creative Directory work for me?

Christian Creative Directory is working with top marketing and SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) experts to promote your creative services through the directory to businesses and churches. CCD will not only be readily found online but we are committed to representing our creative community Christian events, festivals, conferences and resources exhibitions as well as advertising the directory through established Christian networks and media.

What can be listed in the Opportunities section?

Opportunities include creative job vacancies, briefs, contracts, projects, calls for submissions, collaborations, acting calls, and more. All opportunities are manually approved by the CCD team before going live. 

How else is Christian Creative Directory supporting creatives?

A percentage of the profits from CCD will go to supporting and encouraging Christian creatives through the Christian Creative Network, a national network made up of local branches. 

How soon will my listing appear in the directory?

We aim to approve listing within 14hrs however, listings may take 1-2 days to appear and may take longer during busy periods and weekends. 

How are directory applications vetted?

All directory applications are manually approved by the CCD team, optimised and vetted against our criteria before they appear on the directory.

How do I cancel my subscription?
