    Hi, my name is Josh and I am a Cotswold-based family, wedding, and nature photographer. I capture natural moments, using the local environment to create unique and memorable images that last a lifetime.

    Whether it be patiently waiting for the right moment to capture a bird in a local wildlife park or shooting at a busy wedding venue, I do my best to freeze moments in time that are transformed into precious memories to look back on for years and years to come.

    I have had a passion for photography from a very young age. I can remember my Dad using his Canon AE-1 film SLR to take family photos and to shoot the odd wedding. This same camera was gifted to me on my 16th birthday. I honestly didn’t appreciate it at the time but now, 2 decades later, I have a renewed passion and respect for photography.

    It wasn’t until the last few years that I started getting serious about photography. I was that guy who used to take hundreds of photos on his phone and never really did anything with them apart from posting them on social media. Ever since mobile phones started integrating cameras, I was taking photos with them. Mobile phones are a great way of capturing moments quickly whilst having them readily available in your pocket to look back on. However, I would get frustrated with the limitations with things like image quality and being able to zoom or getting that nice blurry background behind a subject. Eventually, I took the leap and bought my first DSLR and a 50mm lens and have never looked back!
